Planning Alerts — Professionals

The notices that matter, in your inbox

Weekly digest of planning notices, zoning changes, and public meetings across St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, and Niagara Region. Filtered to your municipality, notice type, and keywords. Email verification is required.

$49/month, paid by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected]. Confirming your email saves your filters; we then send activation instructions. Reading the Planning Tracker stays free.

Build your alert

Start with what you track. You can change or pause these anytime.

For MVP, wards filter by municipality. Full geographic ward filtering coming in v2.

Comma-separated. Matches against title, description, and tags.

You will receive a verification email if the alert service is available. This form does not take payment — Planning Alerts are $49/month, activated by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] after you confirm your email.

What you get

Filtered weekly digest

Every Thursday morning, a single email with only the notices matching your filters. No noise. No generic blasts.

Meeting dates & deadlines

Hearings, public meetings, submission deadlines — surfaced before they close. Don't miss a window.

Source links

Every notice links to the official municipal document. Read the actual filing, not our summary.

How it works

  1. Pick your filters. Choose wards, notice types, statuses, and keywords above.
  2. Verify your email. We send a confirmation link. Confirming saves your filters — it does not start the digest on its own.
  3. Activate for $49/month. Send $49/month by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] with your personal reference code (shown after signup and in your confirmation email) in the message. We match it by hand and email you when delivery is on.
  4. Get your digest. Every Thursday at 6 AM, matching notices land in your inbox.
  5. Manage anytime. Pause, edit filters, or delete your alert from your dashboard.
